These Terms & Conditions govern your use of taspainting.com.au and set out the general terms on which TAS Painting Pty Ltd (“TAS Painting”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides painting services. Specific project terms, pricing and scope are confirmed in writing in your individual quote.

1. Introduction

By browsing our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use our website or services, and get in touch so we can help another way.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through our website, over the phone or via WhatsApp are free and obligation-free. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 30 days) and are based on the information and access provided at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once we’re on site.

3. Bookings & Scheduling

Once you accept a quote, we’ll confirm a start date in writing. Start dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, access issues or factors outside our control; we’ll always keep you updated if timing changes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms (including any deposit, progress payments or final balance) are set out in your individual quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final payment is due on completion of the work.

5. Workmanship & Satisfaction Guarantee

All work is carried out by our own in-house, QBCC licensed and insured team to a high trade standard. We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee — if something isn’t right, tell us and we’ll make it right. Specific warranty periods, where offered, are confirmed in writing with your quote.

6. Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, so we can offer that time to another client. Any deposit refund for a cancellation will be handled fairly and in line with what was agreed in your quote.

7. Website Use & Content

All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to TAS Painting Pty Ltd or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it’s provided for general guidance and doesn’t replace a formal quote.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TAS Painting’s liability for any loss connected to our website or services is limited to re-supplying the affected service or the cost of doing so. Nothing in these terms limits any right or protection you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
